Small Company, Big Ideas

Tribute Automotive Products is a small company that started with the frustration of trying to restore a factory tach in the owner's 1967 Mustang S Code Fastback. Frank Fragello owner of Tribute, is a true Mustang enthusiast that became frustrated by the differences between a factory tach car and a non-tach car. After spending over $1,000 on restoring an original tach cluster, he decided that there had to be a better way.

Before, if you wanted to change a non-tach car to a factory tach it was a real hassle...and an expensive one too. You needed to get an original factory tach cluster, change the under dash harness and engine harness--not to mention finding all of the original parts in good condition.

So Frank designed and built a tach that was both modern (internal) and retro (external). The Tribute Automotive tach will bolt into the stock non-tachometer cluster and be non-invasive as well as look dead-on to the original. Best of all Frank chose to go "all American" for his components. The faces are silk screened in the USA at H&H Industries by Gary the Tachman; the electronics are assembled in the USA and the final assembly is also done in the USA.
